Yes. We use real natural river stone. All of the stones have natural flaws and imperfections, created by "Mother Nature". This makes each stone unique and one-of-a-kind.
Unfortunately, you can not select the color or shape of your stone. Since, we use natural river stone, the shapes and colors are random. No two river stones are alike. Therefore, we can not guarantee a specific color or shape of stone.

Orders usually ship from our location in approx. 2 weeks. Depending on the workload, orders may take a few extra days to ship. It will be worth the wait. The actual shipping time will vary based on your location
All orders are engraved and shipped from our location in Litchfield, Ohio
We ship most orders via USPS. Extra-Large stones ship via FEDEX. USPS to PO BOX's. You will receive an shipment confirmation email from USPS or FEDEX; the day your order ships.
It is our goal to satisfy each and every one of our customers. If a mistake is made on our part, we will engrave a replacement stone or provide full refund. This will not require the return of a stone.

Therefore, we can not offer a refund or return based on the shape, color or natural flaws and imperfections within the stone. We can not guarantee a newly ordered stone will be similar to a previous order. The stone will vary in thickness, length and height.
